1. About QuoteCheck
QuoteCheck is a web service by RedPixels Studio (see Impressum). It checks price quotes with AI models, compares prices and helps you create your own quotes. The first month after your account is approved is a free trial. After that, using QuoteCheck needs a paid monthly package. Packages, prices and payment terms are shown to you before you subscribe, and you can cancel at any time.
2. Access
- You sign in with your Google account. You can only use QuoteCheck after an admin has approved your account.
- There is no right to be approved. We can refuse a request without giving reasons.
- Your account is personal. Don't share it with others.
3. AI answers are not advice
- Answers are created automatically by AI models. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date.
- Prices and alternatives come from web searches. They may no longer be current or available, and we don't check them by hand.
- QuoteCheck does not replace professional, legal or tax advice. Check important results yourself before you sign, pay or decide anything.
4. Quotes you create
You are responsible for every quote you create with QuoteCheck and send to others, in particular for prices, taxes and the information the law requires on quotes and invoices. Check each document before you use it.
5. Your content
- Only upload texts, files, photos and links you are allowed to use. Don't upload anything illegal or anything that violates the rights of others.
- Only include personal data of other people (for example a contractor's name or address) where you are allowed to share it.
- You keep all rights to your content. You allow us to store and process it only as far as needed to run QuoteCheck for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Fair use
Don't misuse QuoteCheck. In particular, don't try to overload or attack the service, get around access checks, read data that isn't yours, access it automatically with scripts or bots, or use it for anything illegal.
7. Availability
The AI runs on a private computer that is not always available. There can be waiting times, pauses and interruptions, and we may change, limit or end features. We don't guarantee that QuoteCheck is available at any particular time.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz). For slight negligence we are only liable if we breach an obligation that is essential for the use of QuoteCheck, and then only for the typical damage that was foreseeable. Otherwise our liability is excluded.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using QuoteCheck at any time and ask us to delete your account using the contact details in the Impressum. We can suspend or remove access at any time, in particular if these terms are broken.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when QuoteCheck gets new features. We'll point out important changes on the website. If you don't agree with a change, you can stop using QuoteCheck.
11. Applicable law
German law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live still apply.
